Shipping Policy
Unlimited Fragrances (Pty) Ltd delivers nationwide within South Africa. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and promptly. Below you will find all details regarding our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and terms.
Effective Date: 26 March 20261. Shipping Destination
We currently deliver to all addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We deliver to residential and business addresses but do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden fees or surcharges will be added after checkout.
3. Courier Partners
We use the following trusted courier services to deliver your orders:
- The Courier Guy — door-to-door delivery to your specified address
- PUDO — collection from your nearest PUDO Locker or pickup point
The courier service used for your order may vary depending on your location and order specifics. The applicable courier will be indicated in your dispatch confirmation email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons (such as Black Friday, festive periods) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
In terms of Section 46 of the ECT Act, all orders will be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the order. If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using the courier's tracking portal:
- The Courier Guy: www.thecourierguy.co.za (enter your waybill number)
- PUDO: www.pudo.co.za (track via SMS or email notification)

7. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the parcel), the courier will typically attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a nearby depot/PUDO point for collection.
Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Unlimited Fragrances is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery that is not our fault (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected parcel), we may charge a re-shipping fee to dispatch the order again.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged parcel and/or product (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, please note this with the courier driver at the time of delivery, and contact us immediately.
9. Product Packaging and Safety
Fragrances are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe transit. Due to the nature of perfume products (glass bottles containing alcohol-based liquid), all parcels are handled with care during dispatch. We use protective packaging materials including bubble wrap and secure boxing.
